2. Share Your Goals: Fill out a short prep form so I know what you’re working on

3. We Tap In: On your selected day (10am–6pm CST), you’ll have direct iMessage access to me. Ask questions, send screenshots, brainstorm ideas — I’ll respond in pockets throughout the day.

4. Bonus: You’ll get a follow-up within 48 hours for anything we didn’t finish.
